We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cake Decorator to join our team in Pasadena. We specialize in handcrafted Middle Eastern and American baked goods, and we’re looking for someone with the creativity and precision to bring our cakes to life; from simple designs to elaborate wedding orders.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year of professional cake decorating experience preferred (portfolio encouraged)
• Proficiency in buttercream, fondant, and basic sculpting techniques
• Ability to follow specific customer requests and deliver consistently beautiful results
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Decorate and assemble custom cakes, wedding cakes, and event cakes
• Prepare and finish whole cakes and sliced cake orders for daily bakery display
• Handle intricate design work, including fondant, piping, and edible decorations
• Collaborate with the bakery team to fulfill special requests and meet tight deadlines
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
• Keep a clean and organized workstation that meets food safety standards
