QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience decorating buttercream cakes.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with fondant and gumpaste.
  • Proficiency in mixing and baking cakes from scratch.
  • Strong knowledge of buttercreams, fillings (mousses, pastry creams, etc.), and overall bakery production.
  • Ability to follow design specifications and execute custom orders with precision.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Frequent bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Fine motor skills for detailed decorating work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
