Nothing Bundt Cakes is a specialty bakery passionate about bringing happiness and joy to our guest’s special celebrations. Previous experience with using a pastry bag is desirable but not required. On the job training will be provided for all employees. We believe the most important ingredient of our cakes is the team that prepares them!! We are open Monday – Saturday 9-6:30 and 10-3 on Sundays. We are a holiday driven business and the ability to be present prior to holidays is a must!!

SUMMARY

As a Cake Froster, you will be responsible for frosting all 4 sizes of our delicious cakes ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Cake frosters are also responsible for making the NBC signature frosting and applying it to our full range of cakes for walk-in, pre-ordered and marketing orders. Frosters must keep the display case fully stocked and maintain appropriate par levels of additional cakes for guest purchases. The froster is responsible for keeping the frosting station clean, sanitized and running efficiently throughout the day.

• Abide by all NBC policies and procedures.
• Uphold the NBC image and brand.
• Assist other departments as needed and directed.
• Frost all cakes for same-day, waiting orders and next-day orders.
• Keep retail cases stocked with Bundtlets, 8-inch and 10- inch cakes and sample trays.
• Maintain par levels in cooler or case cakes, assorted Bundtini packs and sample trays.
• Make frosting when stock level is below par.
• Keep frosting area, tables, microwave and tool bins clean and sanitized according to local codes.
• Track frosting material inventory
