JOB SUMMARY

• Preparing batters, creams, fillings, crumbles, and chocolate work
• Unmolding, wrapping, spraying, masking, and glazing cakes
• Assembling cakes and assessing them for quality and improvements

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a commercial kitchen is required
• Chocolate experience is an asset
• Able to work quickly and efficiently while performing repetitive tasks
• Able to learn quickly, follow directions, work clean, and be organized
• Heavy lifting will be required
• Positive attitude
• Punctual
• Self-motivated
• Team player
• At least one weekend day availability is required
• Able to lift at least 20kg
