About the position:
We are currently seeking a Full-Time cake production team member and decorator. This position is part of the Cake Team, which cuts, fills, ices, and decorates all of our signature tortes. Typical hours are Mon-Thurs 3a-volume. Weekends off! Holiday hours are 9pm-volume and will require overtime
What we are looking for:
- Knowledge of standard commercial kitchen equipment
- Familiarity with a commercial kitchen
- Food service or restaurant experience
- Ability to measure and extend recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude
- Must LOVE to work with cake
