Admin job has three parts. You’ll be working in an open office in the bakery.
1. Greet walk-in guest when server is busy or not available.
2. Office work, take call in orders, WhatsApp order, generate invoice and schedule work in kitchen scheduling software. Coordinate with delivery partners. Check outgoing orders from the kitchen for accuracy.
3. On quiet time, perform sales calls for potential customers.
