We are looking for a talented CAL Inventory Control Manager to join our team specializing in manufacturing for our Cummins’ business in Ladson, SC. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Ensure daily production goals are consistently met by organizing workflow, allocating resources effectively, and maintaining strong floor presence to remove barriers and keep operations moving. Strengthen safety performance by identifying hazards, reinforcing safe behaviors, and collaborating with cross‑functional partners to implement improvements that create a safer, more proactive workplace. Enhance productivity and operational efficiency by analyzing processes, initiating continuous improvement activities, and driving solutions that reduce waste and streamline work. Improve product quality by monitoring standards, responding quickly to issues, and engaging with quality teams to implement corrective actions that prevent defects and rework. Lead projects and work assignments with clear direction, effective coordination, and timely execution to support broader operational goals. Build team capability by setting clear expectations, providing consistent feedback, and guiding employees through daily tasks, challenges, and development opportunities. Foster a motivated, accountable team culture by coaching and mentoring team members, encouraging problem‑solving, and recognizing strong performance.
