We are looking for a talented CAL Process Manager 1st Shift to join our team specializing in manufacturing for our Cummins’ business in Ladson, SC. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Drive daily production performance by organizing team activities, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring consistent achievement of production targets. Elevate safety culture by identifying risks, reinforcing safe work practices, and partnering cross‑functionally to implement sustainable safety improvements. Enhance operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing waste, improving workflow, and optimizing equipment utilization. Strengthen product quality by monitoring process standards, resolving issues quickly, and collaborating with quality partners to prevent recurring defects. Lead project and work assignments as the group’s primary point of coordination, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communication remain on track. Build a high‑performing team by providing clear expectations, consistent feedback, and structured coaching to support individual growth and accountability. Improve team engagement and performance by fostering a positive, inclusive environment that encourages collaboration, problem‑solving, and ownership.
