Fixed-term from July to end of October Part-time to full-time (guaranteed 20 hours per week) Drive in/Drive out – good location just out of Taupō No experience required – multiple roles. THE OPPORTUNITY Join our team on Pinta Dairy and play a key role in rearing our next generation dairy cattle. You’ll be responsible for caring for young calves - feeding, weighing, drafting, drenching, and monitoring their health and welfare. You may also assist with milking and general farm duties. Flexibility is essential, as hours can vary depending on seasonal demands. This is a drive in/drive out role, so reliable transport is required. The fixed term runs from July to end of October, with a minimum of twenty hours a week guaranteed, can be additional hours in busy weeks. THE FARM Pinta Dairy Unit is Pāmu’s largest dairy farm, milking 2,150 dairy cows on 877ha through our 80-bail rotary dairy shed, which has been recently upgraded. This farm has a manager with an open, communicative style – taking care to explain the “why” around decisions so that the team has good context. ABOUT YOU No prior experience required, training is provided.
