Description
  Calibration Execution– 40% * Perform calibration, adjustment, and repair of mechanical, electrical, dimensional, and electronic measuring instruments (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, micrometers, pressure gauges, torque tools) System Management– 15% * Manage and maintain the company’s Calibration Management System / database to track equipment schedules, histories, and statuses * Coordinate with external calibration service providers for outsourced calibrations, ensuring timely turnaround and vendor compliance Vendor Management– 15% Procedure Development– 10% * Develop, write, and review calibration Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions based on Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications and international standards Out-of-Tolerance (OOT) Analysis– 10% * Investigate and analyze OOT conditions; perform impact assessments on product quality and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) or Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) as required Compliance & Auditing– 5% * Ensure all calibration activities comply with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, GMP, or other industry-specific regulations. Responsibilities
The role involves performing calibration, adjustment, and repair of various measuring instruments while managing the company's calibration database.
