REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields).
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Proficient in using engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
• Some positions may require a Class 3 driving license for on-site visits.
• Previous experience in engineering roles is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic knowledge of project management principles.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical tools.
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with engineering tools and equipment.
• Certifications related to engineering (e.g., Certified Engineering Technician, OSHA Safety Certification).

• Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions according to project requirements.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of engineering systems and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of engineering designs, tests, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
• Perform regular maintenance and calibration of engineering tools and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
