JOB PURPOSE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Job purpose Calibrate the part of Engine Management System to meet defined engineering targets or customer specific requirement. Key Responsibilities Execute and Deliver a qualified and robust engineering product flawlessly. Lean calibration built to assure the seamless functional development execution. Support the Cal Review and maintain the Cal Base. Take lead about the subsystem functional training including the training material maintained. Found and report SW bug on vehicle, prepare draft AIR, verify the change after SW release. Hot Trip/Altitude Trip/Cold Trip testing support. Technical Reports submitted and New Technology implemented. Create Customer's Value and Exceed Customer’s expectations. Support to complete the change. implement CN. Finish the problem solving and focus on continue improvement. Comply with safety related regulations and rules; Complete all safety training; Participate in and be familiar with the company's emergency process; Achieve the company's safety KPI. undefined What we’re looking for Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Vehicle Engineering or Internal Combustion Engine required, Master preferred. Experience/Special Skills: Strong technical knowledge about internal combustion engine including detailed understanding of each vehicle system component, especially the engine, transmission and emission control subsystem. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Willing to continuously learn new technologies. Excellent language skills in oral and written English. At least C class driver license.
