We are seeking a highly motivated Calibration Engineer to join our Sales & Customer Support team on a full-time basis: Major Responsibilities: · Perform in-house and on-site calibration of DTS data acquisition systems and sensors using DTS-developed test equipment and software as well as other laboratory electronic test equipment · Provide phone, email and on-site technical support and product training to DTS customers · Assist customers with installation and integration of data acquisition systems. · Work with Engineering in support of product development, software testing and hardware troubleshooting activities. · Sales and Customer Solutions Requirements Academic/Professional Education: 5 to 10 years: Technical degree in electronics/engineering (or equivalent training) The candidate must have a basic knowledge of analog and digital circuits, be able to master the use of test equipment, and have a strong aptitude to learn about sensors and instrumentation practices. The candidate must be proficient with MS Windows PCs and Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel, and must also master several DTS software products essential to doing the job. Previous knowledge of sensors, data acquisition principles and electronics troubleshooting are big pluses. Relevant Experience: Experience in Automotive Test and Measurement is valuable.
