OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead our team in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills with a background in either instrumentation or calibration. This role is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining high standards of customer service while overseeing calibrations and calibration trips from conception through execution.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within an industrial, instrumentation, electronics, calibration or technical environments.
  • Familiarity with logic controllers and E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) processes is a plus.
  • Experience in military applications or environments is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Must be able to pass any required background checks or certifications as per company policy.
  • Will require travel from time to time as manager sees fit.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and manage staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Supervise calibration technicians and calibration processes, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards.
  • Implement and maintain systems, including troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Schedule calibration technicians and calibration equipment to service customer.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Lead training sessions for staff on equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Able to learn a comprehensive understanding of technical processes, including calibrations, ISO 9001 or 17025, electrical schematics, soldering and systems.
