JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an enthusiastic Calibration Officer to join our Technical Team in Manchester, supporting our ISO 17025 accredited laboratories. You will be responsible for the calibration, maintenance, and documentation of laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with technical standards. The role involves collaborating with lab staff, developing calibration procedures, and supporting the commissioning of new equipment. Regular travel to our Leeds site will also be required.

EXPERIENCE

  • Hands-on experience with equipment calibration.
  • Previous work in an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication.
  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in chemical, fire, physical testing, or related field.
  • Proactive, well-organised, and able to manage deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to our Leeds site.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
