Job Position Summary: Responsible for the calibration program through the management and tracking conducted by 3rd party calibration vendors.   Minimum Requirements: * High School Diploma or Equivalent. * 2+ yrs of Gauge Calibration experience. * Organizational skills to keep work and area organized. * Knowledge of calibration standards and quality management systems. * Proficient in using calibration software and data analysis tools. * Time Management Skills * Basic Computer Skills including Microsoft Office * Strong attention to details. * Ability to effectively communicate with fellow employees and customers. Duties/Responsibilities: * Ensure adherence to safety regulation and standard. Follow Safety culture and wear PPE when required. * Oversee the calibration and maintenance of all measurement instruments and equipment. * Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including ISO and other quality management systems. * Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve any equipment issues impacting product quality. * Manage calibration records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Responsible for the calibration and/or set-up of standards and non-standard gauges. * Required to pass the Certified Operator Program and maintain certification status. (Tell Tool Only) * Follow 6s Procedures and maintains a clean organized work area. * Performs other related duties as assigned. Working Conditions: * Normal Production environments, subject to high noise levels from operating machines; physical hazards from moving equipment and sharp machine parts; breathing fumes, dust and mist; skin exposure to oil and cutting fluid; exposure to sharp metal edges, and forklifts.  * May be asked to travel back and forth between Southwick and Westfield facilities.   Physical Requirements: * May have to lift up to thirty (40) pounds at a time, as required. * Must be able to push, pull, reach overhead, stand, walk, climb stairs, bend and/or sit for long periods of time. 1st Shift 7:00am - 3:30pm
