As a Call Center Agent, you will be the frontline representative of our company, responsible for delivering excellent customer support through phone, email, and chat channels. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries, ranging from product information and order status to troubleshooting and complaint resolution, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for every caller. Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls and inquiries. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. Document all interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management system. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and best practices to maintain quality standards. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
