Job Summary:
Carzilla Group are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our automotive team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with vehicle service bookings, product inquiries, and general support, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle servicing, bookings, parts, and sales.
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the workshop/service department.
  • Provide accurate information about vehicle models, features, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly or escalate them to the appropriate department.
  • Stay updated on automotive product knowledge and service processes.
  • Meet daily/weekly KPIs including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or automotive customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic Speaker Required.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
