Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year DESCRIPTION We are seeking a dedicated and personable Call Center Agent to join our dynamic customer service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and assistance via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.  Responsibilities: * Handle inbound and outbound customer calls promptly and professionally. * Provide product or service information and assist customers with inquiries. * Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy. * Document all customer interactions accurately in the company database. * Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
