  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous; proficiency in Spanish is particularly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems.
  • Provide information about products and services, upselling where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Assist in the analysis of customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in both English and Spanish (bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply).
