Roles & Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Following call center scripts and protocols to handle different types of calls.
  • Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Upselling products or services to customers when appropriate.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing basic technical support.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve call center goals and targets.
  • Continuously improving knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred Food and Beverages”.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Proficiency in using call center software and computer systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Empathy and patience are important when dealing with customers.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends, if required.
  • Should be fluent in English and Arabic ( Mandatory )
  • Should be available in UAE

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
