JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries about our services (Detailing, PPF, Wrapping, Ceramic Coating, Window Tint), schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to delivery. Note Arabic language is must.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus.
  • Must have knowledge of (detailing, PPF, wrapping, Window Tints).
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
  • Basic computer skills (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.).
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
