Community Clinic is seeking a Call Center Agent for our Springdale Admin location. The role is responsible for answering and routing incoming calls, scheduling patient appointments, and obtaining/confirming patient information. This job is critical to the success of our organization as the first point of contact for many of our patients and potential patients. The ideal candidate will be friendly, responsible, empathetic, and wants to be a part of a high-performing team of Patient Access Enthusiasts. Candidates who are bilingual, with Marshallese or Spanish speaking ability are preferred.    Key Responsibilities  * Provides exceptional customer service during all exchanges with patients and other callers. * Enters new patients into the electronic medical record (EMR) completely and accurately. * Confirms or updates existing patient demographic information completely and accurately. * Schedules medical patient appointments and routes dental patient appointment inquiries appropriately.  * Ensures provider schedules are filled according to clinic guidelines.  * Trouble shoots medical calls and routes accordingly.  Qualifications * High School diploma or equivalent is required.   * Bilingual ability (Spanish/English) is preferred * Some customer service or call center experience preferred * Experience with electronic medical records is a plus Why Join Community Clinic?  * Be a part of a mission driven organization providing access to comprehensive health care to the entire community, regardless of financial or medical situation! * Automatic 5% contribution to employee retirement plan, no match required! * Competitive pay, PTO, and 10 annual paid holidays!  * 2 annual bonus opportunities worth up to $1000 each!  Monday-Friday 8a-5p 40 Hours a week
