Providential Properties Management is a leading real estate company in Abu Dhabi, specializing in property sales, leasing, and investment opportunities. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are an advantage).
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and customer-first mindset.
  • UAE experience is a must
