What You Can Expect as a Call Center Agent Training & Growth Full onboarding into our CRM system, call management, and client coordination. One-on-one mentorship from our operations and sales team leaders. Continuous training in customer handling, lead qualification, and time management. Clear career path toward Sales, Leasing, or Client Relationship roles. Day-to-Day Support Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Qualify leads and forward them to the right sales or leasing agents. Maintain accurate records of all calls and follow-ups in the CRM system. Professional, polite, and patient on the phone. Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center, telesales, or customer service role (required). Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
