Job Description: Customer Service Representative (CSR)(Agent)
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) handles customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a positive customer experience. Agents are required to investigate and gather all necessary information to resolve customer issues and complaints quickly. Agents must be comfortable handling high volumes of inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or live chats.

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge and skills in customer service.
  • Basic desktop computer proficiency and satisfactory understanding of common security practices including anti-phishing, safe web browsing, data handling.
  • Ability to use and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Good command of English language, including spelling and grammar.
  • Bilingual agents - Good command of the Spanish language to include spelling and grammar.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center.
    High School Diploma or GED is required
