The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy.   Responsibilities: * Handle incoming customer calls and respond promptly to inquiries. * Provide accurate information about products and services. * Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally. * Document customer interactions and update account information. * Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer needs. * Follow up on customer requests and ensure satisfactory resolutions. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Experience with call center software and CRM systems is preferred. * Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
