Description

The Call Center Agent is responsible to provide telephone and email support for various services that the company offers and provides. This will include cross-selling, upselling, appointment bookings, confirmations and follow-ups, telephone surveys and customer feedback gathering.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCES

· Graduate of a bachelor’s course or its equivalent
· 2-3 years’ experience working in customer-service industry
· Contact Center work experience preferred but not required

JOB PREREQUISITES/ SKILLS

· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
· Highly adaptable to changes
· Attentive to details
· Excellent customer service and customer management skills
· Advanced selling skills

  6. Maintain call center database by entering information.
  7. Keep equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
  8. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  9. Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  10. Maintain and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
  11. Contribute in suggesting new initiatives.
  12. Maintain safe and clean work area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  13. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  14. Perform other tasks assigned by Management which does not materially differ from primary function.
