Our clinic offers a wide range of services, including dermatology, slimming treatments, IV drips, and hair loss solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in customer service (preferably in the aesthetic, dermatology, or healthcare field).
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills to convert inquiries into appointments.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of aesthetic procedures, dermatology, IV drips, slimming, and hair loss treatments.
  • Ability to ensure 24/7 customer support.
  • Proactive and result-driven mindset with a passion for customer care.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
    Contract length: 12 months
    Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
