We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in customer service (preferably in the aesthetic, dermatology, or healthcare field).
• Strong sales and persuasion skills to convert inquiries into appointments.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of aesthetic procedures, dermatology, IV drips, slimming, and hair loss treatments.
• Ability to ensure 24/7 customer support.
• Proactive and result-driven mindset with a passion for customer care.

Experience:

• Customer Service in the Aesthetic field: 1 year (Required)

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, phone calls, and emails – ensuring 24/7 availability in shifts.
• Engage and convince potential clients to book appointments by understanding their concerns and offering suitable treatments.
• Follow up with leads, existing clients, and missed appointments to increase conversion rates.
• Provide expert knowledge on aesthetic treatments, including dermatology, slimming, IV drips, and hair loss solutions.
• Coordinate with clinic staff to schedule appointments and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
