Description New England Dermatology & Laser Center has been providing dermatology care to the greater Springfield community for over 70 years. We're looking for an experienced Call Center Associate with conscientious work ethic to join our busy specialty practice. Call center associates are responsible for meeting company targets in providing superior customer service to patients calling a physician practice with heavy call volume. This position supports clinical teams by processing calls, scheduling appointments within established guidelines, ensuring that chart information is up-to-date and current and taking detailed messages. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30p, 40 hours per week (1/2 hour non-paid lunch) 8-hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday No weekends Overtime and scheduling flexibility may be required to accommodate operational needs. Work setting: In-person. The regular work location will be Springfield. This position reports to the Call Center Supervisor. Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including active listening and ability to multi-task. Proficiency with phones, call center systems and practices, practice management, electronic health record and Microsoft Office software programs. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
