Description Job Summary As one of the fastest growing solar companies, we are looking for an organized and upbeat Call Center Agent who wants to join the team in our Las Vegas, NV office. This is an opportunity to work with an industry-leading company and some of the best teams in solar. The Call Center Agent works in the administration department to set customer expectations and to ensure customer control and continuity from initial inbound call, appointment setting and customer welcome calls. The Agent works under the Call Center Manager and alongside the sales department. The Agent is the first point of contact for inbound calls as well as introductory calls and accordingly must provide an impressive and memorable representation of the company. Duties and Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Under general supervision, responsible to manage the lead “pipeline”. The pipeline will be all forms of inbound leads, including Yelp, website, phone leads, and all other internal and third party lead generation sources. Responsible for assigning leads to our Sales team/Energy Consultants. Responsible for sending introductory email and document request to leads, e.g., power bill request. Responsible for creating accurate client records. Shall provide administrative support and other support duties as may be requested by supervisor from time to time. Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with Sol-Up. Use designated applications to manage various aspects of the job. Demonstrate a pleasant and professional disposition with each prospect, client, and employee. Represent Sol-Up and our brand with professionalism, integrity, and passion. Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Job Qualifications: Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent level of education. At least three (3) years of customer service experience, and at least one (1) year of call center experience. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to communicate with staff and customers. Proficient in using software and technology tools for daily functions. Ability to multitask and respond quickly. Must have reliable transportation to the office. Authorized to work in the United States.
