Job Summary:
The Call Centre will be responsible for making qualified leads, making outbound calls, and following up with potential clients to promote real estate properties and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with clients, and a strong understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote available properties and real estate services.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries received through various channels (phone calls, online inquiries, emails, social media, etc.).
  • Understand client requirements and provide accurate information about properties, pricing, and terms.
  • Schedule property viewings and coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with all client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, including call quotas and lead conversion goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective telemarketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to client queries promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to drive sales.
  • Stay updated on current property listings, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in marketing or call center roles (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Good knowledge of real estate products, services, and market trends is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per mont
