POSITION OVERVIEW

The Call Center Concierge answers phones promptly and professionally and is responsible for providing eligibility, benefits, claim status, etc. The ideal candidate has strong health insurance customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Heavy inbound call volume from Providers
  • Confirm benefits and eligibility
  • Respond to Claim Inquiries via phone and email

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED TO SUCCEED

  • Successful experience at a health insurance call center
  • Ability to read and understand Benefit Overviews
  • Strong knowledge of Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
  • Strong computer and technical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must possess a high level of organization, reliability, and attention to detail

  • Quiet and private home working environment
