Overview The Call Center Dispatcher position is a high-profile customer service position, responsible for providing parking assistance to hospital employees, patients, and visitors at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. This is a 24-hour, 365 days per year Call Center Operation. This position requires personal integrity, with a priority for attendance and working independently without direct supervision. Shift Saturday & Sunday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Responsibilities Answer Call Center phone lines Provide prompt and courteous customer service when providing information and answering questions regarding parking inquiries, valet services, directions, etc. by phone Respond to all intercom inquires that come directly from the customer using the parking equipment, to the Call Center Issue Hospital Patient and Guest Passes Collaborate with other office staff on office operations and projects Other duties and projects as assigned Benefits $15.00/hr. Able to work on computer and keyboard for extended periods of time (approximately 90% of work day at times).
