Serving as a front-line hero, you play a pivotal role in achieving recruitment goals and coordinating donations at fixed site locations for present, past, and new donors making their next crucial blood contributions. Collaborate on specialized calling projects, to include conversions, reminders calls and engaging first time donors. Support blood centers by implementing innovative recruitment strategies, managing donor scheduling, and offering expertise on eligibility and donation requirements. Contribute to the onboarding of new hires and conduct refresher training to both new and existing staff.
