Role Overview The Call Center and Inside Sales Representative is a key contributor to both customer experience and revenue growth. This role supports customers across phone, email, live chat, and digital channels while actively managing inside sales opportunities from first inquiry through purchase. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in high-consideration luxury sales environments, values long-term relationship building, and understands how thoughtful follow-up turns interest into commitment. What You’ll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries across phone, email, live chat, and web. Engage in proactive sales outreach to home customers and trade program partners, including interior designers and architects. Engage clients in consultative conversations around product selection, customization, pricing, and lead times Create, manage, and advance quotes and opportunities through consistent follow-up Build trusted relationships with clients over time, including long-lead home and trade purchases Document all activity, communication, and deal progression accurately in HubSpot Collaborate closely with showroom teams, sales leadership, customer service and the Auburn, Maine workshop to ensure smooth handoffs and a cohesive customer journey Identify appropriate upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with client needs and brand values Support overall sales performance while maintaining the integrity, tone, and quality expected of the Thos. Moser brand Opportunity to flex into in-person showroom sales coverage as needed What Success Looks Like Opportunities progress because of your ownership and follow-through Clients feel informed, respected, and confident in their decisions Quotes and open deals are actively managed, not left idle Sales activity is clearly documented and attributable Revenue goals are met without compromising customer experience Requirements What You’ll Bring 2–4+ years of experience in inside sales, consultative retail, or customer-facing sales roles Comfortable selling premium, custom, or made-to-order products Strong communicator with a calm, professional presence—both written and verbal Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with follow-up CRM-savvy, with experience managing pipelines and long-running opportunities (HubSpot preferred) Appreciative of fine materials, craftsmanship, and design integrity Self-directed and accountable, able to manage multiple active relationships simultaneously A flexible schedule with the ability to work one to two weekend days each week, as part of a 5-day schedule.
