Job Details Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly Job Category: Telecommunications Description Call Center Operator that will be the liaison between our company and its current customers. Build a connection with customers through care, empathy, listening, acknowledgment, and providing accurate information. Resolve customer inquiries by providing helpful solutions to their problems and keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Primary Responsibility: The Call Center Operator is responsible for providing a superior and efficient experience on inbound customer service calls from customers. Prioritizing daily tasks to minimize customer impact; answering incoming calls; timely and accurately responding to customer inquiries. Help maintain and ensure the company’s positive reputation Essential Functions: Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions Proffer advise and recommendations concerning company products and services Able to handle a variety of customer requests in a high volume call setting Effectively communicate with patience and understanding Remain positive and professional in all internal and external customer interactions Understand and explain a variety of different products Perform necessary data entry post-call Qualifications Experience and Skills: proficient in relevant computer applications good data entry and typing skill Good communications skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Educational Requirements: High School Degree or Equivalent Call Center Operator experience Customer service Physical Requirements: Extended period of time working in front of computer monitor The above statements reflect the general duties and responsibilities necessary to describe the principal functions of the job, as identified, and shall not be considered an exhaustive list of job responsibilities which may be inherent in the job.
