Minivasive Pain and Orthopedics- Spring (77389) is looking for a Call Center Representative to join our team! The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service. This includes answering and transferring incoming calls, resolving patient inquiries and concerns. $15.00 Hourly Pay Rate ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Answer high volume of incoming calls professionally and courteously. (about 100 calls a day) • Direct/transfer calls to the appropriate department. • Triage incoming phone calls. • Respond to emails that arrive using our general office email address. • Resolve patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions. • Process patient payments and collect co-payments. • Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company policies.
