Why This Role Is Different This is your chance to: Own and evolve the full tech stack behind a high-performing sales organization Bring AI and automation into real, everyday workflows Work directly with leadership to influence performance and strategy Turn data into decisions—and decisions into results What You’ll Do (Your Impact) Own & Optimize Systems Manage and improve all ISC platforms (CRM, dialers, reporting tools, AI systems) Lead system rollouts, upgrades, and adoption across teams Build and maintain SOPs, workflows, and documentation Partner with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and enhance functionality Drive AI & Automation Identify and implement AI tools to improve call quality, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting Automate manual workflows to increase efficiency and reduce admin work Test and pilot emerging tools to keep the team ahead of the curve Lead Data & Reporting Build dashboards and reporting that give real-time visibility into performance Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to leadership Develop forecasting models and predictive tools Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems Support Operational Performance Partner with ISC leadership to identify performance gaps and implement solutions Help teams hit targets by improving systems, processes, and visibility Maintain accuracy of appointment and operational data What Makes You Successful in This Role You think in systems, not just tasks You’re highly analytical and data-driven You love finding ways to automate and improve processes You’re comfortable leading change and driving adoption You can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights You bring a builder mindset—always asking “How can we do this better?” What You Bring Experience in call center operations, systems management, or similar environment Strong Excel and data analysis skills Experience with CRM and/or dialer platforms Proven ability to improve processes and drive efficiency Experience with AI tools or automation platforms (preferred) Strong communication and change management skills Bonus points if you’ve worked with platforms like Hatch Voice, Avoca, Five9, Marlimar, or Numeracle.
