EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management within a call center environment.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Proven hands-on experience working with Five9 and Salesforce for program performance tracking, workflow management, and process optimization within a call center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, performance metrics, and reporting processes.

SOFT SKILLS

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence leadership and champion strategic initiatives, driving organizational change through collaboration, clear communication, and a results-focused approach.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable and solution-focused.
