Receptionist Responsibilities: Answer multi-line telephone and direct calls to appropriate personnel and take accurate messages. Provide excellent internal and external customer service. Create a positive experience for patients through professional and courteous behavior. Maintain knowledge of Bloom's departments and daily schedules. Use an EMR to look up patients and verify identity Respect diversity in the workplace.
