Description Description RCTV is looking for Part-time Call Center Representatives to work on-site at our Torrance, CA location. This position is not remote. We are currently hiring for Saturday–Sunday shifts that starts 7:00AM-4:00PM. This role provides potential for growth within the department and company, as we actively identify strong performers for promotion. The RCTV Call Center operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Working weekends is required. The ability to work on a weekend-based schedule is essential. As a Call Center Representative, you will answer calls from potential customers interested in our products featured during our media ads Requirements Answer incoming calls from potential customers. Identify and address customer needs courteously and professionally. Work with internal departments to enhance customer experience. Educate customers on products featured in our televised shows. Deliver an exceptional customer experience Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport with diverse customers. Positive attitude with a desire to learn. Adaptability, remaining calm and professional during each call. Accurate data entry skills. Strong commitment to customer service excellence. Requirements Requirements: Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Punctuality and reliability are essential, even with our relaxed, casual work environment.
