Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously. Provide accurate information about products and services. Assist customers with questions, requests, and routine concerns. Resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive customer experience. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service activities. Follow company customer service standards and procedures. Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals. Support customer satisfaction and quality initiatives.
