Experienced Call Center Representative
Bath Planet is one of the fastest growing brands in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We are looking for quality people to join our winning team. Our goal is simple, to beautify bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable and maintenance-free bath remodeling fixtures. Thereby, we enrich the lives of those we touch.
We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center Representative with outbound call center experience at our Pelham, AL office.

Job duties include:

  • Sit at a workstation for long hours to interact with customers using a computer and a headset.
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner. On average you will complete over 100 call a day.
  • Build positive work relationship with customers to enhance the image and public perception of our company
  • Follow our customer engagement strategy
  • Meet qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Previous experience in a customer support role/Sales role strongly recommended
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable to different personality types
  • Familiarity with CRM technology
  • Customer focused
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management skills
  • High school diploma or GED required

We have an excellent compensation package for this position that includes an hourly rate and bonus opportunities.
