The Opportunity
We are seeking highly motivated Appointment Setting Specialists to join our Marketing team. Specialists are the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for building trust, engaging leads, and booking qualified appointments for our analyst team.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, resilience, and a drive to succeed in a performance-based environment.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients
• Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
• Effectively communicate the value of our services
• Book high-quality appointments with decision-makers
• Accurately document lead interactions and appointment details in the CRM
• Collaborate with teammates and management to hit daily and monthly targets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven communication and interpersonal skills
• Must type at least 35 WPM accurately
• Dependable and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Prior experience in call centers, sales, or customer service preferred
• Self-motivated, driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Timeshare or appointment setting experience a plus
