Description

We are looking for a well-spoken telesales representative to be resonsible for soliciting sales and donations over the telephone. The telesales representative’s responsibilities include contacting potential customers, reading from a prescribed script, focusing on cutomer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions.
A successful telesales representative has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.

TELESALES REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates should have strong spoken & written communication skills in both Arabic & English
  • Ability to handle calls, chats and emails in a professional manner.
  • Follow up on open cases and see them to closures.
  • Escalate necessary cases to respective teams as and when needed.
  • Willingness to work in shifts as this will be 24 * 7 operations.
  • Minimum 1 year Tele Sales experience needed. People from Real Estate & Facilities Management experience will be preferred.
  • Candidates who are available to start immediately will be considered.
  • Permanent Job location - Dubai, UAE. However the initial 30 days would be based out of RAK.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
