Description We are looking for a full-time Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our practice and its current and potential patients. Must have previous experience working in a fast-paced call center environment. Successful candidate must be able to effectively schedule 50+ appointments per day and address inquiries and urgent calls; keeping patient satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Responsibilities Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner Schedule appointments for 9 providers Follow communication “scripts” when handling different patient calls Identify patients’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives Takes accurate messages as required and delivers to correct department Build sustainable relationships and engage patients by taking the extra mile Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way Obtain insurance authorizations when required Requirements Requirements Previous experience in a customer support/call center role Familiarity with complex multi-line phone systems Strong written and verbal communication skills along with active listening Strong computer and keyboarding skills Patient focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively High school degree Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:55am-5:00pm We offer an excellent benefit package including Health/Dental Insurance, Vision, 401(k) with employer match, Paid Time Off (PTO), Holiday Pay, Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability.
