Description Purpose The Customer Service/Call Center Representatives are responsible for making outbound calls and assisting donors with general inquiries and the scheduling of donations. Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring a superior level of customer service is provided to all callers. Make outbound calls to solicit for donations. Verify donor information as presented in computer system/database. Completes necessary paperwork to update/correct/modify any information needed. Maintains databases and spreadsheets of tracked information, receipt requests, special instructions. Other projects as assigned by Supervisors. Requirements Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel/Word. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
