We are seeking a talented Permanent Full-time “Customer Service Representative” who possesses a strong commitment to work and who thrives in a busy, challenging, team-oriented environment. No Outbound or Cold Calling to Customers
All Inbound Calls only! Quality Customer Service Driven and not Sales Driven
Position is Full-Time 40 Hours and 5 days a week.
Normal Office hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong command of English with pleasant and professional phone mannerisms
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Computer literate
• Team player
• Appliance parts knowledge would be an asset

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Answer phones and respond to Customer requests
• Look up part and model numbers for applicable Appliances
• Place Customer orders in computer system
• Transfer customer calls to appropriate Employee or Branch
• Identify, Research, and Resolve customer issues using the computer system
