About the Role: As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls related to patient services, appointment scheduling, insurance inquiries, and general healthcare-related questions. You will act as the first point of contact for patients and ensure their experience is positive, efficient, and aligned with our healthcare services standards. This is a full-time opportunity working on-site at our 10 Coburg location in Eugene, OR. This position has an expectation of 40hrs per week, Monday – Friday and we are proud to offer an attractive benefits package. Our Call Center Representative recruiting pay range is $17.74 - $21.38. What will you do: Answer inbound calls from new and established patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies with professionalism and courtesy. Provide information regarding healthcare services, appointment availability, insurance coverage, and billing inquiries. Assist patients in scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments, ensuring that accurate information is recorded. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a calm and efficient manner, escalating when necessary. Assist patients with portal registration and access. Requirements What do you need to bring to the role: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. One year of call center experience preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
